Me: Beau….
Beau: (oh so sweetly) Yes Louise?
Me: Make it go away.
Beau: That’s your job Louise. I am the dawg. You throw and make things go away. I run and fetch them back.

Thank you LaDonna — true story… on Saturday evening, we were in the backyard having dinner with my daughter and her partner. She and her sister think Sunday’s with Beaumont is… odd. And then… she starts a story with the line, “I hesitate to tell you this ’cause you might think it legitimizes Sundays with Beaumont, but….” and she went on to share how a co-worker realized during a conversation that I am her mother. Upon her discovery, the co-worker exclaimed, “I love Sundays with Beaumont. I can’t wait to read it on Sundays.” 🙂 🙂 🙂
